Are you a designer who speaks the language of both high-impact aesthetics and high-stakes business? At Raised Apparels, we don’t just design; we drive the entire Design-to-Delivery (D2D) lifecycle for our portfolio of fashion brands.
We are looking for a hands-on Design Manager (4–5 years of experience) to join our team in Bommanahalli, Bengaluru. This isn't just about drawing; it’s about managing the product journey from the sketchbook to the store shelf for our clients.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Range Building: Master the art of creating cohesive, market-ready ranges across both menswear and womenswear.
- Brand Management: Act as the primary point of contact for our client brands, ensuring their design requirements are met with precision and commercial viability.
- Execution & Ownership: We need a proactive manager who can drive projects independently. If you take ownership of your work and prefer getting things done over constant hand-holding, you’ll fit right in.
- Product Presentations: Articulate your design concepts clearly and professionally to our client partners.
The "Must-Haves"
- Experience: 4–5 years in the fashion industry.
- Versatility: Proven ability to handle both menswear and womenswear categories.
- Autonomy: A self-starter mindset; you own your output and the process.
- Location: This is a full-time, work-from-office role in Bengaluru South (Bommanahalli).
