About the Role
Clevertize is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Team Lead for the Studio department who can translate ideas into strong visual narratives with 5 to 7 years of experience. This role is suited for someone with solid agency experience who is confident handling client discussions, guiding the team, and delivering high-quality design work across digital platforms.
You'll work closely with copy, account, and marketing teams to bring campaigns to life while maintaining brand consistency and creative excellence.
- Understand client briefs and translate them into clear, engaging visual concepts.
- Candidate with extensive experience in handling high-volume deliverables within tight timelines, along with strong expertise in ideation, execution, and delivering high-quality master creatives.
- Attend and lead client meetings, present design ideas, and align visuals with campaign objectives.
- Guide and mentor designers, ensuring output meets brand and quality standards.
- Collaborate with account managers, copywriters, and marketing teams across projects.
- Expert in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Figma; plus skills in InDesign, AE, Premier pro or 3D tools.
- Explore and integrate the latest AI tools into design workflows where relevant.
- Need experience in managing a team of designers, copy writers and animators.
- Strategic storyteller who thinks beyond design to solve brand problems.
- Can lead end-to-end creative: from sketches & boards to polished presentations.
- Demonstrate strong skills in illustration, typography, layout, and concept sketching.
- Deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- A strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, visual design, and versatility.
- Ability to manage design tasks independently and allocate work daily to team members.
