The Project
This is a high-rise residential rehabilitation project in Mumbai.
Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Coordinate delivery of annual business plan outcomes, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and governance requirements are achieved.
- Guide and support design management teams, overseeing daily operations and ensuring briefs and stakeholder requirements are met.
- Collate, analyse, and present management review data and KPIs, providing clear insight to stakeholders and leadership.
- Contribute to business development and work winning activities, while supporting procurement and contractual approaches.
- Build strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders, promoting collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and technical excellence.
- Embed sustainability and net zero carbon objectives into project delivery, proactively managing associated emissions and reductions.
You’ll Need To Have
- Bachelor's degree in civil or architecture.
- Experience in the relevant field.
