Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Design Lead role based in Pune Division. The Design Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing end-to-end design processes, including conceptualizing and executing creative ideas that align with brand identity. Key day-to-day tasks involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, supervising design projects, updating brand assets, and ensuring cohesive visual storytelling across multiple platforms. The Design Lead will also mentor junior designers, provide creative direction, and contribute to the expansion of brands within Together Hospitality’s portfolio.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Graphic Design, Visual Design, and Branding
- Experience with Digital Media, Web Design, and Marketing Collateral
- Strong Skills in Design Tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent
- Ability to Lead Design Projects and Collaborate Across Teams
- Attention to Detail, Time Management, and Problem-Solving Abilities
- Experience in Hospitality or Food & Beverage Industry Design, a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Visual Arts, or Related Field preferred
- 3+ Years of Leadership Experience in a Design Role desired
