The Project
This is a high-rise residential rehabilitation project in Mumbai.
Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Drive delivery of delegated business plan outcomes, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
- Lead and manage design resources, overseeing daily operations and acting as the focal point for design matters across projects.
- Present management review data and KPIs to leadership, recommending and initiating improvements to project delivery plans and processes.
- Support business development and procurement activities, influencing contractual, legal, and commercial aspects of projects.
- Champion technical excellence by promoting collaboration, training, and knowledge-sharing across PMO teams, centres of excellence, and wider company networks.
- Embed sustainability and net zero carbon objectives into project delivery, proactively managing associated emissions and reductions.
You’ll Need To Have
- Bachelor's degree in civil or architecture.
- Experience in the relevant field.
