Design Lead – FinTech | Up to 40 LPA
We are looking for a Design Lead to lead and scale the design function as a Centre of Excellence. This role will drive creative excellence, build scalable design systems, and ensure consistent brand storytelling across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and elevate the brand’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across all channels
- Lead creative direction across campaigns, product/UI, web, motion, and marketing assets
- Build and implement scalable design systems, templates, and asset libraries
- Ensure high-quality output through strong design standards, QA, and accessibility practices
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and growth
- Drive design operations, manage workflows, and improve turnaround efficiency
- Manage external vendors and optimize design tools and processes
- Track performance metrics and continuously improve design effectiveness
Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in design with strong exposure to brand, marketing, and product/UI
- Proven experience in creative direction and building scalable design systems
- Strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling, typography, and layout expertise
- Hands-on experience with tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Working knowledge of motion design and video tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and process-driven mindset
