Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Design Internship role based in Hyderabad. The Design Intern will support the creative team in developing visual assets for concerts, festivals, and marketing campaigns, including posters, social media creatives, stage mock-ups, and event branding materials. Responsibilities include translating briefs into design concepts, preparing design variations, and iterating based on feedback from event managers and stakeholders. The intern will assist with researching design trends, visual references, and artist branding to align event creatives with current styles and audience interests. Day-to-day tasks may also involve coordinating with vendors and production teams to ensure design accuracy in printed and digital materials, maintaining organized design files, and contributing fresh ideas to brainstorming sessions.
Qualifications
- Strong visual and graphic skills, including Graphic Design and Graphics, with an eye for typography, color, and composition.
- Ability to conduct Research to gather references, understand target audiences, and stay updated on design and event trends.
- Foundational knowledge of Architecture or spatial design concepts to support stage layouts, event zones, and experiential spaces.
- Familiarity with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) or similar tools for basic spatial visualization, layout planning, or structural mock-ups.
- Proficiency in common design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent tools).
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Design, Visual Communication, Architecture, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple design tasks in a fast-paced event environment.
- Effective communication skills and openness to feedback, with a collaborative approach to working in cross-functional teams.
