Role Description The Design Intern will support product and engineering teams by contributing to visual concepts and design artifacts for web, mobile, and AI-powered products. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with graphic design tasks, preparing design assets for development, and helping translate product requirements into intuitive interfaces and visuals. The intern will conduct basic user and market research to inform design decisions, participate in brainstorming sessions, and iterate on feedback from senior designers and product managers. Additional tasks may include organizing design files, creating presentation materials, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time remote role.
Qualifications
- Strong visual design foundation with skills in Graphic Design and Graphics for digital products.
- Ability to conduct structured Research to support design decisions and understand user needs.
- Knowledge of Architecture and experience thinking in systems or layouts that scale across interfaces.
- Familiarity with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) or similar tools for precise, technical design work.
- Proficiency in common design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, or similar) and basic prototyping.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in remote, cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback in a fast-paced product environment.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, Architecture, HCI, or a related field is beneficial.
