🚨 We’re Hiring | Lighting & LMS Design Intern 🚨
At The Light Logic, we are looking for passionate and detail-oriented individuals who are interested in building a career in Lighting Design & Lighting Management Systems (LMS). If you have a technical mindset and a willingness to learn, this is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience on real projects. Freshers are welcome to apply.
About Us The Light Logic- is a lighting design and Lighting Management System (LMS) consulting startup founded by industry professionals with a strong foundation in delivering high-performance lighting solutions. We operate at the intersection of design and technology—creating intelligent, energy-efficient, and user-centric lighting environments for workplaces, commercial spaces, residences, and large-scale developments including façades and landscapes. In a short span, we have contributed to 100+ Design & Build projects covering over 6 million sq.ft, along with 10+ LMS Projects implementations across 3 million sq.ft—demonstrating both scale and execution capability. Our key differentiator lies in integrating advanced control systems such as DALI, PoE, and IoT into practical, cost-effective designs that are easy to implement on-site. We work closely with architects, interior designers, MEP consultants, and Lighting manifacture's / OEMs to ensure seamless coordination from concept to execution.

đź’ˇ Role Highlights:
• Lighting layout planning & design
• Lux level calculations
• BOQ & basic estimation
• Fixture selection & LMS coordination
• Working closely with MEP & design teams
đź’° Stipend & Benefits:
• ₹15,000/month + ₹500 internet allowance -[6 Months]
• Performance-based full-time opportunity + medical benefits

• 2 weeks Work from Office (Training)
• First 3 months Work from Home
🎓 Eligibility:
- A Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), or Mechanical Engineering is required, along with a basic understanding of core electrical concepts & Fundamentals of Light
- Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and Windows operating systems.
