Role Description
As a full-time Design Innovation & Strategy Executive, you will play a key role in driving creative concepts and strategic initiatives to enhance our product design and branding efforts. This on-site role is based in Mumbai and involves responsibilities such as managing branding projects, developing innovative design strategies, overseeing graphic design processes, and collaborating with teams to align design and communication efforts with business goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Graphic Design and the ability to create visually compelling designs that align with branding goals
- Expertise in Project Management and the ability to oversee and guide branding or design-related initiatives
- Strong Communication and Branding skills to convey ideas effectively and align strategies with target audiences
- Experience in Graphics development and application across different platforms and materials
- Creative thinking and attention to detail
- Master’s degree in design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience in furniture, interior design, or related industries is a plus
