Position: Design Head – Retail Interior
Location: Bhiwandi ( Thane ) Mumbai
Salary: ₹70,000 – ₹1,20,000 per month
Experience: 6–10 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage complete retail interior design projects from concept to execution
Develop innovative retail store concepts, layouts, and design presentations
Supervise design team for 2D drawings, 3D views, and working drawings
Review material selection, finishes, lighting, fixtures, and display concepts
Coordinate with production, site execution, vendors, and client teams
Ensure all designs are practical, cost-effective, and execution-friendly
Approve final drawings before production release
Maintain brand identity and retail functionality in every project
Handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
Support client presentations and design discussions
Required Skills:
Strong command of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop
Excellent leadership and team handling ability
Strong knowledge of retail fixtures, furniture, and material detailing
Good project coordination and decision-making skills
Understanding of production drawings and site execution
Qualification:
Bachelor’s / Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture
Preferred Industry:
Retail Interior / Garment Store / Commercial Interior
