Job Description
We are looking for a skilled DFT Engineer with 6+ years of experience in Design for Testability for ASIC/SoC designs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design tools and software
- Experience in Research and generating insights to enhance design and testing processes
- Strong understanding of Architecture and its application in DFT solutions
- Expert knowledge of Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools and workflows related to IC design and testing
- Highly organized with excellent analytical skills
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration abilities
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
Roles and Responsibility
- Define and implement DFT architecture
- Hands-on experience in Scan insertion, ATPG, MBIST/BIST
- Perform test pattern generation and coverage analysis
- Debug DFT and silicon-related issues
- Collaborate with design and verification teams for smooth DFT flow
Key skills Required
- Strong knowledge of DFT methodologies
- Experience with ATPG tools (TetraMAX / Tessent / Modus / FastScan)
- Hands-on with Scan Compression & JTAG (Boundary Scan)
- Good understanding of Verilog/SystemVerilog
- Strong debugging and analytical skills
