Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Design Faculty, based in Lucknow. The Design Faculty will be responsible for delivering engaging and comprehensive lectures, workshops, and hands-on sessions in various design fields. The role involves mentoring students, evaluating assignments, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring that course content aligns with industry standards. The faculty member will also contribute to curriculum development, participate in student exhibitions, and collaborate with other educators to foster a creative learning environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Visual Design, Graphic Design, and User Interface Design
- Experience in teaching or mentoring in the fields of Design, Art, or Creative Technology
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and digital design tools
- Ability to develop curriculum, deliver lectures, and conduct hands-on workshops
- Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiasm for fostering creative growth in students and contributing to a positive learning atmosphere
- A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
- Prior industry experience or a strong portfolio showcasing design expertise is a plus
