We are looking for experienced and passionate professionals for the role of Design Executive / Manager / Lead – Electrical & Civil in a Solar EPC company.
📍 Location: Gurgaon
🏢 Industry: Solar EPC / Renewable Energy
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Design and engineering of solar PV systems (Rooftop & Ground Mounted)
Preparation of layout drawings, SLDs, and detailed engineering designs
Conduct site assessments and feasibility analysis
Coordinate with execution, procurement, and project teams
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory norms
Optimize designs for cost efficiency and performance
Review and improve existing system designs
⚡ Requirements:
Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical or Civil Engineering
Experience:
Executive: 1–3 years
Manager: 4–7 years
Lead: 7+ years
Strong knowledge of Solar EPC design tools & software (AutoCAD, PVsyst, etc.)
Good understanding of solar project execution and technical standards
Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
