Job Description: UI/UX & Graphic Design Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Qube Health is in search of a UI/UX & Graphic Design Executive to join our early-stage startup team and contribute to the development of user experiences across all our products.
- Conduct thorough user research, create detailed wireframes, and develop intuitive user flows.
- Maintain high-quality and responsive designs, ensuring consistency across all components.
- Collaborate with the product team to understand user behaviour, needs, and challenges.
- Continuously enhance both technical and non-technical skills to stay updated with industry trends.
- Adhere to style standards for fonts, colours, and images in design projects.
- Engage in active listening and collaboration with cross-functional teams to proactively provide design solutions.
- Utilise usability testing tools to enhance and optimise designs.
Expectations:
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Enthusiasm for learning and improving technical skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects & Premiere Pro).
- Ability to design UI screens using Figma.
- Proficient in using Canva for design projects.
- Knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- A basic understanding of HTML & CSS is an added benefit.
- Attention to detail and a creative mindset.
- Familiarity with wireframing software.
