# Design Executive (Full-time | Remote)
## About the Role
Saivai is looking for a talented Design Executive who can bring our brand to life across every customer touchpoint.
Our brand identity, packaging, and guidelines are already established. Your role is to consistently execute high-quality, premium-looking design materials while maintaining our brand standards. This is a fast-paced role with a wide variety of design work, so we're looking for someone who enjoys solving different design challenges every week.
## What You'll Do
* Design brochures, catalogues, sales presentations and product literature
* Create flyers, posters, banners and marketing collateral
* Design social media creatives and digital advertisements
* Make updates and adaptations to existing packaging artwork
* Design exhibition stalls, event branding and point-of-sale materials
* Create print-ready artwork for vendors and printers
* Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to understand requirements
* Ensure every design follows Saivai's brand guidelines while maintaining a premium, polished look
* Manage multiple design requests and deliver projects on time
## We're Looking For Someone Who
* Has 3–6 years of professional graphic design experience
* Has excellent typography, layout and visual hierarchy skills
* Has experience designing catalogues, brochures and print collateral
* Has experience preparing files for commercial printing
* Can work within established brand guidelines while producing fresh, high-quality work
* Pays close attention to detail and consistency
* Is organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Is comfortable receiving feedback and making revisions quickly
## Software Skills
* Adobe Illustrator
* Adobe InDesign
* Adobe Photoshop
* Figma (preferred)
* Microsoft PowerPoint (preferred)
## Bonus Points If You Have
* Experience in FMCG or food brands
* Experience designing packaging artwork
* Experience designing exhibition booths or retail branding
* Knowledge of print production and packaging specifications
## Location
Remote (India)
## Salary
₹5.5–8.5 LPA (based on experience and portfolio)

### Design Assessment
