Job Description:
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Executive – Design with 3–4 years of relevant experience in the real estate industry. The candidate should have strong knowledge of architectural/design processes, statutory regulations, and proficiency in design software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and design concepts for residential/commercial projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and site teams for project execution.
- Ensure designs comply with BBMP laws, building bye-laws, and statutory regulations.
- Prepare and review sanction drawings, working drawings, and approvals documentation.
- Modify designs as per management/client requirements.
- Monitor project timelines and support execution with design-related inputs.
- Maintain proper documentation of drawings and revisions.
Required Skills:
- Experience in Real Estate / Construction Industry is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of BBMP regulations, building bye-laws, and approval processes.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Photoshop, etc.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
