Role Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Design Executive / Sr. Executive with
experience in architectural planning and execution of large-scale residential projects. The
candidate will be responsible for preparing working drawings, consultant coordination, and
ensuring smooth design documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review architectural working drawings.
- Coordinate with RCC, MEP, and other consultants for design integration.
- Conduct site visits and document progress, issues, and meeting notes.
- Review and interpret shop drawings for execution.
- Assist in design development for residential layouts, flat interiors, show flats, and sales offices.
- Ensure compliance with local municipal bylaws and regulations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants for timely deliverables.
- Support project documentation and approvals.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of architectural drawings and detailing
- Hands-on experience in AutoCAD
- Working knowledge of SketchUp
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Understanding of municipal bylaws and approval drawings
