Job details:
- Lead the preparation of detailed cost estimates for civil works in EPC projects.
- Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
- Coordinate with civil design teams to validate quantities and optimize designs for cost efficiency.
- Perform quantity take-offs, rate analysis, and develop BOQs.
- Evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotations and prepare comparative statements.
- Identify project risks and opportunities during the estimation phase.
- Support bid strategy, pricing, and technical submissions.
- Collaborate with procurement, project management, and finance teams for accurate budgeting.
- Maintain estimation databases, cost benchmarks, and historical data.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety norms, and company procedures.
