The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and leading the full MEPF design process from ideation to production. You will draw new designs and update our current designs. During the creation process, you will ensure that our designs meeting all necessary design responsibilities. 

 

Responsibilities

· Role & Responsibilities

• Hands on working knowledge in Revit Software.
• · Use of Building information modeling (BIM) to perform design task.
• · Produce shop drawings as per details given by clients/team leader/Engineer.
• · Able to meet tight deadline and can handle projects in team as well as individually
• · Should have sound knowledge from LOD 100 to 500.
• · Coordinate 3D models to resolve collisions with other disciplines using Navisworks.
• · Responsible for BIM standard development, implementation and enforcement.
• · Lead and participate in client meetings & Presentation.
• · Making sure quality standards and checklists are followed for every project.

Skill Required:

· Minimum 2 years’ experience in MEPF projects.

· Experience of using Autodesk AEC package-AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks etc.

· Ability to do QC and read Architecture, structure & MEPF drawings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical degree
• REVIT experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
