Detail Design of Steam turbine blades and rotors.
- Understanding on basic principles of Utility steam turbines
- Preparation of manufacturing drawings and 3D models of Blades, Rotors and its related components.
- Release of Bill of materials for Blades and Rotor assembly of complete steam turbine package
- Preparation of material specification of blades and rotors, bought out specifications of bearings.
- Support for manufacturing in terms of clarifications in drawings, provide resolution of deviations/non conformities observed during manufacturing.
- Be a part of Development/Indigenization activities for vendor development, component development
- Strong Knowledge on NX software for 3D modeling, Auto CAD for drawings preparation, brief knowledge in ANSYS for rotor dynamic analysis of complete rotor train of steam turbine.
