Job Description:
- Diversified product experience like solid fuel-fired boilers, if worked on a municipal solid waste combustion system, is an added advantage.
- Capability in managing design & Material selection as per design codes like ASME, JIS, EN, IBR Codes, etc.
- Detailed engineering and planning for Boiler system manufacturing equipment, Accessories like Safety valve, Level gauge, Soot blowers, etc., along with the non-pressure part of the boiler.
- Well-versed with the basic planning document of the equipment, it also recommends cost-effective design solutions.
- Well-versed with AutoCAD, Solid Edge, and Microsoft Suite.
- Capability in managing on-time support for the proposal preparation, Bill of quantity calculation, and Material Requisition preparation of the equipment.
- Preparation of Material Requisition, Vendor evaluation, and cost compilation with a cost-effective solution, effective communication with the vendor for on-time support
- Design report preparation and able to present through a presentation sheet.
- Complete detailing knowledge with a comprehensive understanding of different manufacturing and welding details to prepare the detailed manufacturing drawing.
- Material selection based on the requirement with the different material standards ASME, JIS, EN, IS, etc. Material Requisitions / BOQ Preparations.
- Interface checking and interdepartmental, client, and Third-party communication.
- Technical assistance to the manufacturer & site technical team as per requirements.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for Optimized Design and detailed engineering of Boiler Equipment and Accessory equipment.
- Work planning, monitoring, and catch-up plan preparation, man-hour planning, and recording
- Check and release the GA drawing and fabrication drawings of the Boiler Equipment
- Maintaining and monitoring the engineering document list.
- Responsible for the timely completion of the assigned work.
