Design Engineer [Auto CAD] | 2-3 Years | (Remote | US Shift – CST) | 6 LPA (Max) |
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Design Associate to support planning, coordination, and documentation across design and construction workflows. This is a high-ownership, fast-paced role working closely with architects, engineers, and project teams.
Design Support & Coordination
• Assist in preparing architectural layouts, plans, and design documents
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants
• Ensure alignment of designs with project requirements
Documentation & Drawings
• Prepare and review drawings, blueprints, and design files
• Maintain structured documentation and version control
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Permitting & Approvals
• Support documentation for permits and approvals
• Coordinate submissions and track approval status
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with project managers and construction teams
• Bridge communication between design and execution teams
• Participate in design review discussions
Quality & Process Excellence
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of designs
• Identify workflow gaps and suggest improvements
• Support cost-effective and value-engineered design solutions
🧠 Required Skills:
✔ 2–3 years of experience in design / architecture / construction support
✔ Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit (or similar tools)
✔ Strong documentation and attention to detail
✔ Good communication and coordination skills
✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
⭐ Nice to Have
• Experience in construction, real estate, or design firms
• Understanding of permitting and regulatory processes
• Exposure to design coordination workflows
