Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Design Engineer located in Kochi. The Design Engineer will be responsible for creating detailed engineering designs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Responsibilities include preparing engineering drawings, analyzing project requirements, performing design modifications, and conducting feasibility studies. The role demands proactive problem-solving, effective communication, and adherence to project deadlines.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Engineering Design, including CAD software, drafting, and creating 3D models
- Strong analytical skills for feasibility studies, problem-solving, and technical evaluations
- Experience in project planning, execution, and ensuring compliance with industry standards
- Knowledge of mechanical, civil, and electrical engineering principles and construction methodologies
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with energy industry practices and renewables is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Relevant certifications or training in engineering design tools is a plus
