Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Design Engineer role located in Aurangabad. The Design Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing tools, dies, and fixtures for precision manufacturing processes. Key responsibilities include creating detailed CAD models, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize product design, and ensuring compliance with technical standards. The role also involves troubleshooting design challenges, reviewing engineering specifications, and supporting production teams to ensure successful implementation.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Design Engineering and Product Design
- Proficiency in Mechanical Engineering principles and applications
- Proficient in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software
- Basic understanding of Electrical Engineering methodologies
- Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and task prioritization abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field
- Experience in tooling design within automotive, industrial, or related sectors is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with different departments
