Sales and Design Office: 2,200 sq. ft.
Factory 1: 10,000 sq. ft.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
CAD Design & Drafting
▪️ Create and modify 3D models and assemblies in SolidWorks as per design specifications
▪️ Prepare and update 2D engineering drawings and layouts using AutoCAD
▪️ Ensure drawings comply with GD&T standards and company drafting conventions
▪️ Revise drawings based on feedback from senior engineers or production team
▪️ Maintain drawing version control and manage document numbering systems
Bill of Materials (BOM) & ERP
▪️ Prepare and update Bills of Materials (BOM) for valve components and assemblies
▪️ Enter, maintain, and verify BOM data accurately in the ERP system
▪️ Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure BOM accuracy
▪️ Support engineering change requests (ECR/ECN) and update BOM accordingly
▪️ Cross-check part numbers, material specs, and quantities in the system
Design Support
▪️ Assist senior engineers in product design, modification, and standardization activities
▪️ Support preparation of design documentation including datasheets and specifications
▪️ Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback into drawings
▪️ Help troubleshoot design-related issues raised from shop floor or quality team
General
▪️ Maintain organized archives of drawings, models, and project files
▪️ Coordinate with cross-functional teams including quality, production, and purchase
▪️ Support R&D activities for new product development as required
▪️ Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and design quality guidelines
