Job Description: Design Engineer
Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years (Product Design & Manufacturing)

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Design Engineer with at least 2 years of experience in product design and manufacturing. The ideal candidate should be capable of converting concepts into production-ready designs while ensuring quality, performance, and manufacturability.
Key Responsibilities
• Create 3D models, assemblies, and detailed engineering drawings using CAD tools (SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, or Fusion 360).
• Execute end-to-end product design including concept development, prototyping, and production release.
• Conduct DFM/DFA checks for manufacturability and assembly efficiency.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, production, and quality teams for design improvements.
• Perform tolerance analysis, material selection, and feasibility assessments.
• Support prototype trials, testing, and design validation activities.
• Prepare BOMs, technical documentation, and maintain revision-controlled design files.
• Optimize designs for performance, durability, cost reduction, and ease of manufacturing.
• Coordinate with suppliers for component development and manufacturing support.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Aerospace / Automotive Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in product design and manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency in CAD tools such as SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, or Fusion 360.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T, engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes (machining, sheet metal, plastics, fabrication, etc.).
• Good problem-solving skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple design tasks.
