Role Description
We are looking for a Plant 3D Design Engineer for a full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru. The engineer will work on plant design using AutoCAD Plant 3D, including piping layouts, equipment models, and plant structures. The role involves creating and modifying 3D models, preparing piping isometric and orthographic drawings, and supporting plant layout design. The engineer will work with different engineering teams, review design specifications, and ensure that designs meet project requirements and industry standards. Attention to detail, good problem-solving skills, and teamwork are important for this role.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- 1 – 4 years of experience in AutoCAD Plant 3D
- Experience in P&ID and plant layout design
- Knowledge of BOM generation, 3D modeling, and 2D drafting using AutoCAD
- Familiarity with engineering drawings, piping layouts, and plant design concepts
- Experience in Flour mill, Maize mill, or Pulses plant layout design will be an added advantage
