About the Company
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer with 2–4 years of experience in the aerospace industry. The candidate will be responsible for developing manufacturing processes, preparing process documentation, supporting production activities, and ensuring compliance with customer, regulatory, and quality requirements.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and release manufacturing process plans, route cards, and work instructions.
- Develop machining, assembly, and special process methodologies for aerospace components.
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
- Support First Article Inspection (FAI) activities as per SAE International requirements.
- Coordinate with NPD, Production, Quality, SCM, and Engineering teams for smooth execution of manufacturing activities.
- Prepare and maintain process documents, PFMEA, control plans, and manufacturing records.
- Support tooling, fixture, and gauge design activities.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for manufacturing issues.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and cost.
- Monitor manufacturing performance and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards such as AS9100 and customer-specific requirements.
- Support customer audits, NADCAP-related activities, and internal process audits.
- Coordinate with suppliers for process development and technical clarifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering.
- 2–4 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing or precision machining industries.
- Good understanding of CNC machining, VMC, HMC, Turning, and Assembly processes.
- Knowledge of aerospace materials such as Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Titanium, and Inconel.
- Familiarity with Solid work, GD&T, engineering drawings, and tolerance stack-up analysis.
- Experience in process planning, tooling selection, and manufacturing documentation.
- Working knowledge of ERP/SAP systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of FAI, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, and Lean Manufacturing.
- Exposure to special processes such as passivation, anodizing, heat treatment, and coating processes.
- Problem-solving skills using 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone Analysis, etc.
- Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Knowledge of aerospace customer requirements is preferred.
