Position: Design Engineer
Location: Rabale, Navi Mumbai / Hinjewadi Pune
Experience: 2–3 Years
Qualification: Diploma / BE Mechanical Engineering
Role Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Design Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in component and manufacturing drawings. The candidate will be responsible for creating, modifying, and maintaining engineering drawings and supporting product development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
· Preparation of detailed component drawings and manufacturing drawings.
· Creation and modification of CAD drawings and 3D models.
· Design and development of tooling, fixtures, and related engineering components.
· Preparation of assembly drawings and Bill of Materials (BOM).
· Coordination with production and quality teams for design implementation.
· Ensure accuracy of drawings as per engineering and customer standards.
· Support product development and continuous design improvements.
· Maintain drawing revisions and engineering documentation.
· Back up of all drawings, documentation preparation.
· Maintain Mater drawings CNC, ERP programming list.
Required Skills:
· Good knowledge of component drawing and drafting standards.
· Hands-on experience in CAD software:
- SolidWorks
- AutoCAD
- Creo / CATIA
· Knowledge of tooling and fixture design.
· Understanding manufacturing processes and engineering tolerances.
· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
· Good communication and problem-solving skills.
