Position Summary:
We are looking for a skilled electrical engineer with hands-on experience in wiring harness design, cable routing, shop-floor integration activities, and working with MIL-grade components. The ideal candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD or SolidWorks for electrical layouts, possess a strong understanding of MIL-grade connectors and related standards, and be capable of supervising 2–3 technicians during shop-floor operations. The role involves supporting electrical integration, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with defense-grade reliability requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop wiring harnesses, cable routing plans, and electrical layouts using AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
- Execute and support shop floor electrical activities, including installation, integration, troubleshooting, and validation.
- Supervise and guide 2–3 technicians during assembly, installation, and testing activities.
- Ensure compliance with MIL-grade connectors, MIL standards, and defense-sector electrical practices.
- Review and interpret electrical schematics, harness drawings, BoMs, and installation guidelines.
- Support prototyping, integration, and testing of electrical systems on assemblies and platforms.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, QA, production, etc.) to ensure smooth project execution.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and ITI, or a diploma in electrical engineering or a related discipline.
- Hands-on experience in wiring harness design, routing, and preparation of electrical drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks Electrical.
- Knowledge of MIL-grade connectors, wiring standards, and defense-grade electrical specifications.
- Experience working in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or similar high-reliability environments.

- Ability to read, interpret, and validate wiring diagrams and installation drawings.
