Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop EV lab workbenches and battery pack assembly tables.
- Work on CAD modeling and simulations using tools like CATIA / SolidWorks / AutoCAD / Creo.
- Prepare detailed design drawings, technical documentation, and BOM.
- Conduct testing, validation, and performance analysis of EV systems.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for prototype development.
- Ensure compliance with automotive standards and safety norms.
- Support R&D and innovation projects in the EV domain.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.Tech / M.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Automotive Engineering
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Electric Vehicle Design
- Strong knowledge of
- EV Architecture
- Battery Pack Design & BMS
- Motor & Controller Integration
- Vehicle Dynamics (preferred)
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks / CATIA / AutoCAD / Creo)
- Basic understanding of simulation tools (ANSYS preferred)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
