Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Design Engineer based in Bengaluru North. The role involves designing and developing innovative engineering solutions using advanced tools and methodologies. Responsibilities include creating CAD/CAE models, performing design simulations, developing product designs and prototypes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting design reviews, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in BIW fixture design, simulations, and composite tooling
- Knowledge in aerospace interior design, including galleys, stowage systems, and seatings
- Technical expertise in electrical harness design and technical publications
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines in a team environment
- GTTC/Diploma/Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field required
- Experience in the automotive or aerospace industries is highly desirable
