Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Design Engineer. The Design Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing hydraulic machines and components, creating detailed 3D models, preparing engineering drawings, and managing BOM (Bill of Materials). The role also involves reviewing designs, improving machine performance, and collaborating with production and engineering teams to ensure efficient manufacturing processes.
Key Skills Required
- 3D Modeling (SolidWorks / AutoCAD / Creo or similar)
- Machine Design
- Engineering Drafting
- Design Review
- Engineering Calculations
- BOM (Bill of Materials) Preparation
- ERP Knowledge
- Understanding of Hydraulic Systems
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Machine Design and Mechanical Engineering principles.
- Experience with CAD software and engineering design tools.
- Knowledge of BOM preparation and ERP systems.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to improve machine design and manufacturing processes.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in hydraulic machinery or metal fabrication industry will be an added advantage.
