Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for Teleconsultation Doctors, including MBBS-certified professionals and medical specialists. Responsibilities include providing online consultations to patients, diagnosing and suggesting appropriate treatments, maintaining accurate patient records, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals when necessary. Physicians must adhere to ethical standards and ensure high-quality care while delivering services via telehealth platforms.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of medical practices, patient diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Proficiency in patient communication, with excellent listening and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with telehealth platforms or technology-driven healthcare services
- Valid MBBS qualification; additional specialization in a medical field is strongly preferred
- Licensed to practice medicine in Sri Lanka and in good standing
- Ability to work independently and maintain a high degree of professionalism
- Fluency in English and Tamil or Sinhala (multi-language proficiency is an advantage)
- Prior experience in telemedicine or remote patient engagement is a plus
