Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Design Engineer role based in Hyderabad. The Design Engineer will be responsible for creating, analyzing, and improving designs for tooling, mould bases, and diecasting dies using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams to address client requirements, troubleshooting design challenges, preparing technical documentation, and ensuring adherence to manufacturing and engineering standards. The selected candidate will also contribute to product design initiatives and ensure efficient and effective implementation.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Design Engineering and Product Design processes
- Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering principles
- Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools and techniques
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and meet project deadlines
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, including diecasting, moulding, and tooling, is beneficial
- A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering fields
- Prior experience in automotive, aerospace, or related industries is an advantage
