We are urgently hiring experienced professionals for multiple engineering and drafting positions for an upcoming industrial engineering project.
1. Role: Electrical Engineer
1(a). Educational Qualification
- Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) / Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
1(b). Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in detailed design engineering.
1(c). Job Description
- Expertise in transformer sizing, power cable sizing, cable tray routing, earthing and lightning protection systems, electrical distribution boards, SCADA systems, and large HT/LT motor engineering.
- Perform detailed design calculations and engineering evaluations for plant electrical systems.
- Validate vendor technical drawings, component data sheets, and manufacturing quality plans.
- Coordinate with drafting teams to ensure accurate creation of electrical layout drawings.
- Software Tools: Proficiency is required in ETAP (for load flow, short circuit, and motor starting studies) and AutoCAD or any other equivalent software. Basic knowledge of Dialux and Navisworks is preferred.
2. Role: Control & Instrumentation Engineer
2(a). Educational Qualification
- Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) / Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Instrumentation & Control, Electronics & Instrumentation, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
2(b). Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in detailed design engineering.
2(c). Job Description
- Experience in control system design, instrumentation engineering, PLC/SCADA integration, and preparation of instrument-related engineering deliverables.
- Develop plant control system architecture, network topologies, and input/output (I/O) lists.
- Prepare critical engineering documentation including instrument datasheets and logic diagrams.
- Coordinate with process and mechanical teams to optimize technical selections for field instruments.
- Software Tools: Proficiency is required in SmartPlant Instrumentation (SPI/InTools) and AutoCAD or any other equivalent software. Operational knowledge of specific PLC/SCADA programming platforms is preferred.
3. Role: HVAC Engineer
3(a). Educational Qualification
- Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) / Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering.
3(b). Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in detailed design engineering.
3(c). Job Description
- Expertise in HVAC system design, heat load calculations, duct routing and layout, and duct fabrication drawings.
- Author comprehensive equipment data sheets and technical procurement specifications.
- Size and select industrial chillers, Air Handling Units (AHUs), Fan Coil Units (FCUs), and exhaust fans.
- Enforce design compliance with international environmental, health, and plant safety regulations.
- Software Tools: Proficiency is required in HAP (Hourly Analysis Program) or Elite CHVAC, along with AutoCAD or any other equivalent software. Hands-on experience with Revit MEP is preferred.
4. Role: Mechanical Engineer
4(a). Educational Qualification
- Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) / Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering.
4(b). Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in detailed design engineering.
4(c). Job Description
- Experience in mechanical equipment engineering, piping systems, and coordination of CWPH mechanical design activities.
- Design and engineer plant mechanical equipment and complex piping systems.
- Prepare equipment data sheets, technical procurement specifications, and execute technical bid evaluations (TBE).
- Resolve interdisciplinary spatial or workflow conflicts between piping, civil structures, and electrical containment.
- Software Tools: Proficiency is required in AutoCAD and Navisworks (for model reviews) or any other equivalent software. Working knowledge of pipe stress analysis software like Caesar II or vessel design software like PV Elite is preferred.
5. Role: Piping/HVAC Draftsman
5(a). Educational Qualification
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or ITI Drafting Certification.
5(b). Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in drafting and layout modeling.
5(c). Job Description
- Experience in preparation of piping layouts, piping fabrication drawings, HVAC ducting layouts, HVAC duct fabrication drawings, and CWPH equipment layout drawings.
- Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings based on approved engineering inputs while adhering to drafting standards.
- Incorporate redline markups from site and design engineers into original master files.
- Software Tools: Proficiency is required in AutoCAD and 3D design platforms like SmartPlant 3D (SP3D), PDMS, or CADWorx or any other equivalent software. Knowledge of advanced multi-discipline modeling tools like Revit MEP is preferred.
6. Role: Civil Draftsman
6(a). Educational Qualification
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or ITI Drafting Certification.
6(b). Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in drafting and layout modeling.
6(c). Job Description
- Experience in preparation of civil and architectural building layouts and associated drawings.
- Develop detailed structural concrete drawings, finishing schedules, and basic structural outlines.
- Prepare coordinated civil drawings based on approved structural and architectural inputs..
- Deliver highly accurate civil and structural drawings in accordance with applicable drafting standards and project specifications
- Software Tools: Proficiency is required in AutoCAD or any other equivalent software. Familiarity with 3D structural BIM platforms such as Revit Structure or Tekla Structures is preferred.
7. Role: Electrical Draftsman
7(a). Educational Qualification
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or ITI Drafting Certification.
7(b). Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in drafting and layout modeling.
7(c). Job Description
- Experience in preparation of electrical cable routing layouts, cable tray drawings, and related electrical drafting deliverables.
- Draft precise electrical schematic diagrams, plant earthing layouts, and lightning protection system paths.
- Coordinate layout spacing with structural teams to ensure cable tray supports are accurately placed.
- Maintain clean technical drawing files while applying uniform symbols and line weights across deliverables.
- Software Tools: Proficiency is required in AutoCAD (experience with AutoCAD Electrical is a plus) or any other equivalent software. Prior exposure to electrical routing systems within 3D modules like SP3D (Electrical) or PDMS is preferred.
