Our client is a Gujarat-based engineering company collaborating with a German partner to deliver high-quality transmission solutions. They specialize in the precision manufacturing of industrial and special-purpose gearboxes.
Job Position: Design Engineer
Job Timing: 9am – 6pm, Monday - Saturday
Job Type: Full-Time (Work from Factory)
Joining Type: Immediate
Number of Vacancies: 01
Education: B.E/B.Tech – Mechanical
Experience: 0-5 years

Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design 3D Models and 2D Manufacturing Drawings with GD and T application in SolidWorks.
- Design the principles of gears, gearboxes, joint mechanisms, drives, bearings, housings, casings, etc.
- The job requires a highly capable and competent design person who can work independently and when required as part of a team.
- Creating BOM, manufacturing drawings, QC report formats, Testing setups
- Coordination with Cross Function Team (CFT)
Desired Candidate Profile
- MUST HAVING KNOWLEDGE OF: GEARS, VMC PROCESS, CNC PROCESS, ASSEMBLY PROCESS, HARDENING PROCESS, CASTING PROCESS, BEARINGS,TOLERANCES OF SHAFTS AND GEARS.
- Knowledge of Material Grades with their Mechanical Properties and Chemical Compositions.
- Working knowledge of tolerances and fits.
- Knowledge of Gears.
Key Skills :
- Complete knowledge of design engineering and solid works in detail.
- Any experience/certificate course in his area is an added bonus.
