Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in the Greater Hyderabad Area. The Design Engineer will be responsible for developing, analyzing, and refining designs as part of renewable energy projects. Day-to-day tasks include creating detailed engineering designs, utilizing CAD software, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize product performance, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. The role also entails troubleshooting designing challenges and working on continuous improvement in product design.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Design Engineering and Product Design principles
- Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications, with attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset for process efficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the renewable energy or solar industry will be a significant advantage
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in relevant work
