Designation: Design Engineer – Formwork
Experience: 2-3 years
Location: Andheri East, Mumbai
Key Accountabilities
- Prepare formwork designs, drawings, and related documentation as per project requirements and internal standards.
- Deliver shell plans and formwork drawings within agreed production schedules and deadlines.
- Ensure all designs comply with approved specifications, drawings, and production constraints.
- Collaborate with Business Development and internal teams to support drawing preparation and submissions.
- Utilise design tools, software, and equipment effectively to perform assigned tasks.
- Maintain accurate, organised, and up-to-date records of all design documentation.
- Ensure confidentiality of all organisational information, documentation, and design data.
- Identify and escalate design issues, clashes, or constraints to the relevant reporting manager.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of design processes, standards, and workflows.
Authority & Responsibility
- Accountable for the accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of assigned design outputs.
- Responsible for managing individual workload in line with project and production priorities.
- Required to follow established procedures and escalate any issues impacting quality, safety, cost, or timelines.
General Responsibilities
- Maintain professional conduct and ensure a clean and organized work environment.
- Use company equipment, software, and systems responsibly in line with internal policies.
- Demonstrate flexibility to support business and project requirements as needed.
- Perform any other duties reasonably related to the role as assigned by management.
