Hiring: Design Engineer (0–2+ Years Experience)

We’re hiring a Design Engineer at ACCPL Infra Fabtech.
We are a growing fabrication setup working on trailer bodies, mud tanks, bunkhouses, and custom steel structures. Our focus is on building practical, drawing-compliant products that actually work on the ground—not just on paper. As we expand our capabilities, we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with the team.
What the role looks like:
You’ll start with drafting and basic design work, but the role won’t stay limited to that.
- Work on CAD and SolidWorks designs
- Convert requirements into clear, manufacturable drawings
- Prepare and update BOMs
- Coordinate with the shop floor to understand what works and what doesn’t
- Make design changes based on real-time feedback during fabrication
You will be based in Kolkata, but will need to spend time at our plant near Durgapur when required. This is important—we want someone who is comfortable stepping into the factory and understanding how things are actually built.
Who we’re looking for:
- 0–2+ years of experience (Mechanical Engineering students can also apply)
- Basic working knowledge of CAD/SolidWorks
- Someone who is hands-on, practical, and willing to learn
- Comfortable working in a growing setup where things are still evolving
