Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Design Engineer and Tekla modeler located in Hyderabad. The Design Engineer will be responsible for developing detailed designs and layouts for facade and PEB projects, using Staadpro, AutoCAD and other design software. Key responsibilities include creating structural calculations, collaborating with project teams to ensure design feasibility, and adhering to project schedules and industry standards. Persons with design knowledge of LGS solutions will be an added advantage. The role requires close coordination with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions. TEKLA modelers should be able to model high rise and PEB structures including process buildings.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D modeling, and design software
- Strong knowledge of structural design principles and material selection
- Experience in interpreting technical drawings and specifications- minimum 5 to 8 years.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills
- Communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Prior experience in facade or PEB design will be advantageous
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
