JobRisers is hiring for a Marketing Executive – Transformers for a growing organization in the Electrical & Power Transformer industry.
If you have experience in B2B sales/marketing of transformers or electrical equipment and enjoy customer interaction, business development and technical sales, this opportunity could be for you!
💼 Position: Marketing Executive – Transformers
🏭 Department: Sales & Marketing
⏳ Experience: 5–10 Years
🎓 Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Electrical Engineering / MBA/PGDM – Marketing preferred
🕐 Employment: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new customers, dealers, EPC contractors, consultants, utilities & industrial clients
• Promote Distribution, Power & IDT Transformers
• Generate leads through market visits, customer meetings, exhibitions, networking & digital channels
• Understand technical requirements and coordinate with Design/Engineering teams
• Prepare quotations, techno-commercial offers & proposals
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, POs, payments & deliveries
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing & customer requirements
• Conduct customer/project site visits when required
• Coordinate with Production, Design, Quality, Dispatch & Accounts teams
• Maintain enquiry/customer databases and sales reports
• Achieve assigned sales targets and support business development
Preferred Experience
Experience in sales/marketing of:
🔹 Distribution Transformers
🔹 IDT / Solar Inverter Duty Transformers
🔹 Power Transformers
🔹 Oil-Immersed Transformers
🔹 Transformer Accessories
🔹 Electrical Equipment for Utilities, EPCs, Industries & Renewable Energy Projects
Ideal Candidate

✅ Good knowledge of transformers & electrical power equipment
✅ Understanding of transformer ratings, applications & specifications
✅ Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills
✅ Ability to prepare techno-commercial offers
✅ Strong customer relationship & follow-up skills
✅ Willingness to travel for customer/business development visits
✅ Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
✅ Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint & CRM tools
