About the Role
As an Industrial Electrician, you will install, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems including equipment, lighting, motors, motor controls, backup systems, and low-voltage systems. Working under the direction of a supervisor, you will ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable codes and standards.
What You’ll Do

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in industrial environments

Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues using appropriate testing equipment

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to reduce downtime

Work with other trades and departments to support project success

Document work performed and report issues or concerns to supervision

Follow all safety procedures and company policies to maintain a safe jobsite
What We’re Looking For

4–6 years of commercial or industrial electrical experience

Journeyman’s License preferred

Authorized to work in the U.S.

Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills

Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Capable of handling multiple tasks and priorities
