Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead end-to-end design delivery for luxury hospitality projects
✅ Drive concept development, space planning, and project execution
✅ Lead and mentor multidisciplinary design teams
✅ Present design concepts and engage with clients and stakeholders
✅ Ensure project quality, timelines, and profitability
✅ Build strong relationships with hospitality operators and clients
✅ Support business development, proposals, and client presentations
✅ Manage multiple projects while maintaining design excellence
Required Skills:
✔ Luxury Hospitality Interior Design
✔ Hotel & Resort Design
✔ Space Planning & Concept Development
✔ Team Leadership & Client Management
✔ Project & Resource Management
✔ AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp & Photoshop
✔ Strong Communication & Presentation Skills
Ideal Candidate:
- 15+ years of experience in Luxury Hospitality / Resort Interior Design
- Proven leadership in managing design teams and multiple projects
- Strong client-facing and presentation skills
- Deep understanding of hotel design and construction processes
- Ability to drive business growth while ensuring project excellence
