Design Director

Responsibilities
- Guarantee that all creative projects adhere to client brand guidelines, including logos, colours, typography, and imagery.
- Work with creative production and account management teams to ensure that projects accurately reflect the client's brand identity.
- Examine designs, campaigns, and videos for brand alignment before client presentation and final delivery.
- Keep up-to-date with client brand guideline changes and communicate these updates to the internal production teams.
- Act as the go-to person for all brand-related questions from the creative production team, providing clear and actionable feedback.
- Work on multiple brand guidelines for various clients simultaneously, ensuring no details are missed.
- Offer constructive feedback on creative work, guiding teams through necessary revisions to meet brand standards.
- Address and manage any brand-related issues or inconsistencies that arise, ensuring quick and effective solutions.
Role Requirements
- A genuine curiosity and passion for brands and their stories with a commitment to maintaining their integrity.
- An eye for attention to detail and the ability to spot discrepancies and ensure alignment with brand guidelines across various mediums.
- Good communication skills to articulate brand guidelines, provide feedback, and communicate effectively with both creative teams and clients.
- Comfortable working alongside creative teams and contributing to the creative process while ensuring brand consistency.
- Capable of quickly adapting to changes in brand guidelines or project directions and effectively communicating these changes to the team.
- Skilled at identifying potential brand inconsistencies or issues and finding practical solutions.
- Familiarity with design software (e.g Adobe Creative Suite) to review creative assets accurately.
Preferred Qualification & Experience
- Minimum 7 years in the similar field, preferably including time at an agency network agency (Publicis, WPP, &c) or at a recognised Indian agency.
Location
Remote, with occasional time spent at company offices in Gurugram, Haryana
