Requirements and Qualifications:
- BE /B Tech/M Tech – Electronics / ENTC/Power Electronics Engineering.
- Minimum Experience required is 15 years in relevant field (Power Electronics_Solar Products).
- Strong hands-on experience in Solar Inverters, SMPS, UPS Systems, AC-DC, DC-DC & DC-AC converters.
- Expertise in hardware design, embedded firmware development, PCB designing, and system integration.
- Experience in handling complete solar product development lifecycle from concept to commercialization.
- Proficiency in design and simulation tools such as: MATLAB / Simulink, Altium, OrCAD, PSpice or equivalent platforms
- Good knowledge of communication protocols such as: CAN, Modbus, RS485, UART.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, project management and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Design & Development activities for Solar Product Vertical including solar inverters, converters, and renewable energy solutions.
- Manage complete product development life cycle including concept design, prototyping, testing, validation, certification, and production support.
- Develop and optimize power electronic hardware and embedded firmware for high-efficiency solar applications.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase, Service, and Marketing teams for successful product implementation.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, EMI/EMC requirements, and certification norms.Monitor project timelines, technical documentation, and development milestones.
- Support management in strategic planning, technology roadmap creation, and new solar product initiatives.
