BLOWTECH specializes in designing and producing AMCA-certified centrifugal and axial fans, energy recovery ventilators, kitchen exhaust fans, inline duct fans, impellers, fan blades, and other HVAC&R components for diverse applications such as air conditioning, refrigeration, clean rooms, and ventilation systems. The company is a market leader in OEM blower and housing solutions for major air-conditioning brands in India, including Carrier, Bluestar, Daikin India, Carrier Midea India, Amber Enterprises, and Schneider Electric. Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Industry Preference: Sheet Metal, HVAC, Industrial Equipment, Automation, Special Purpose Machines, Manufacturing
Role Description The Design & Development Engineer – R&D will work full time on-site at the Noida manufacturing facility, focusing on the end-to-end design and development of HVAC fans and related products. Responsibilities include creating and refining mechanical and product designs, preparing detailed drawings and specifications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams on new product development and product improvement initiatives. The role involves conducting design calculations, prototype development, testing, and validation to ensure performance, reliability, and compliance with industry standards. The engineer will support continuous R&D activities, analyze field and test data, contribute to cost and efficiency optimization, and provide technical support to production, quality, and OEM customers.
Qualifications
- Strong Mechanical Engineering and Machine Design skills for HVAC components and rotating equipment.
- Proficiency in Product Design and development, including CAD modeling and engineering documentation.
- Experience in Testing, performance evaluation, and validation of mechanical and HVAC products.
- Hands-on involvement in Research and Development (R&D), innovation, and product improvement projects.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, fans, blowers, and relevant industry standards (e.g., AMCA) is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in a manufacturing environment, collaborate with production and quality teams, and manage multiple projects.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to detail and safety practices.
