Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and creative Interior Designer to take on the role of Design Coordinator. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of current design trends and in-vogue concepts, along with excellent communication and client-handling skills. This role requires end-to-end coordination across multiple teams while ensuring high-quality design execution and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, requirement understanding, and expectation management.
• Coordinate effectively with 2D & 3D design teams, Projects, Sales, CRM, Procurement, and other internal stakeholders.
• Develop and present creative design concepts, mood boards, and material selections aligned with client requirements and latest trends.
• Ensure proper translation of client requirements into 2D layouts and 3D visualizations.
• Provide design inputs and suggestions to enhance overall project quality and aesthetics.
• Maintain and manage material selection, specifications, and costing in coordination with procurement and project teams.
• Ensure designs are aligned with budget, timelines, and feasibility.
• Drive cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth project flow from concept to execution.
• Establish, organize, and streamline design processes and SOPs for better efficiency and consistency.
• Review and validate design outputs to ensure quality standards and accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design / Architecture or related field.
• Proven experience as an Interior Designer / Design Coordinator in commercial/interior projects.
• Strong knowledge of design trends, materials, finishes, and space planning.
• Hands-on experience in both 2D and 3D design tools (AutoCAD, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, etc.).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
• Good understanding of costing, material selection, and project feasibility.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
