Job Description: UI/UX & Graphic Design Executive
Key Responsibilities:
● Qube Health is in search of a UI/UX & Graphic Design Executive to join our early-stage startup team and contribute to the development of user experiences across all our products.
● Conduct thorough user research, create detailed wireframes, and develop intuitive user flows.
● Maintain high-quality and responsive designs, ensuring consistency across all components.
● Collaborate with the product team to understand user behaviour, needs, and challenges.
● Continuously enhance both technical and non-technical skills to stay updated with industry trends.
● Adhere to style standards for fonts, colours, and images in design projects.
● Engage in active listening and collaboration with cross-functional teams to proactively provide design solutions.
● Utilise usability testing tools to enhance and optimise designs.
Expectations:
● Proficiency in spoken and written English.
● Enthusiasm for learning and improving technical skills.
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
● Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects & Premiere Pro).
● Ability to design UI screens using Figma.
● Proficient in using Canva for design projects.
● Knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro.
● A basic understanding of HTML & CSS is an added benefit.
● Attention to detail and a creative mindset.
● Familiarity with wireframing software.
Experience:
● 6+ months of relevant experience when applying
